Human Resources Management (HRM) is an essential part of organizations. HRM usually concentrates on recruiting, managing, and directing people who work in the same organization. Human Resource Management (HRM) deals with issues related to compensation, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, training, and much more. HRM plays a strategic role in managing people and the workplace.

Human Resource departments are looking for new ways to automate and digitalize their routine tasks. HRM automation is the process of enhancing the efficiency of the HR department by freeing HR staff from tedious manual tasks and allowing them to focus on complex tasks like decision making and strategizing.
